Privacy policy
Effective October 7, 2026. This policy covers radioerin.com. For privacy requests, contact the site operator through our contact form.
Information we collect
Newsletter forms collect your email, consent record, signup time, and a randomly generated unsubscribe token. Contact forms collect your name, email, subject, and message. Server logs and tracking requests may collect IP address, browser information, visited page, site ID, and campaign or recipient identifiers included in newsletter links. We do not ask children to submit personal information.
How information is used
Information supports newsletter subscriptions, responding to messages, preventing abuse, and measuring website visits and email campaign events. The newsletter is sent by the operator’s selected mailing service; submitting the form records your subscription but does not send an email automatically. Tracking identifiers can be shared with the operator’s configured campaign tracking service.
Cookies and tracking
Forms use an HTTP-only session cookie for request security. Website pages load our first-party campaign tracker. The unsubscribe page loads its tracking script only after confirmation; the open page records an open event on visit. Your browser and email client may block these requests. See our cookies and tracking page.
Retention and your choices
Contact messages are removed after 365 days during subsequent form operations. Active subscription information is retained until unsubscribe or deletion. On unsubscribe, the local email address is cleared while the suppression hash, token, status, and consent history remain to prevent re-subscription by mistake. Campaign tracking records follow the operator’s tracking-service retention settings. Request access, correction, or deletion using our contact form. Include enough information to verify your request without sending sensitive documents.
Advertising disclosure
No Google advertising runs at launch. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Personalized advertising preferences can be managed at Google My Ad Center; information about other vendors is available at AdChoices. The operator must configure applicable consent controls before enabling advertising.
Security and service providers
We restrict public access to form storage and use prepared database queries. Hosting, email, and campaign services may process data on the operator’s behalf. No system guarantees absolute security. External websites have their own privacy policies. Material changes to this policy should be dated here.
